At Rooting 4 You Collective, we stand behind the quality of our hammocks and adventure gear. Each product is created with care, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

  • For minor faults, we will first offer a repair or replacement.

  • For major faults, you have the right to choose a refund, replacement, or repair.

To request a return or refund, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

We will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps. Please do not return items without confirmation from our team.

 
Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our small-batch and limited-edition products, we unfortunately do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general wear and tear. Please choose carefully and refer to product descriptions before purchasing. If you need help deciding, we’re always happy to assist via email or Instagram DMs before you buy.

 
 Return Shipping

In cases where a return is approved:

  • If the product is faulty or not as described, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Customised or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
